What is your processing time?

Every embroidered product is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of this, we kindly ask for a little time to create each piece.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
  • Large Custom Orders: Depending on your order size personalized embroidery takes a bit longer to perfect. Please contact us at hello@vibesbylex.com for exact processing times for your order size.

If you’re ordering for a special event or have a specific deadline in mind, we’d love to help. Simply reach out through our Contact Form or email us at hello@vibesbylex.com before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.

When will I get my order?

At Vibes by Lex, each piece is crafted with care before it makes its way to you. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your order is placed. After processing, your order will ship according to the delivery option you select at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: USPS 3–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: USPS 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: USPS 1 business day

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Care instructions

Each product is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we recommend caring for it gently to preserve its beauty:

  • Hand wash with a mild detergent and lay/hang flat to dry.
  • If machine washing is necessary, use the delicate cycle with a gentle detergent.
  • Press with a warm iron on the linen setting to smooth any wrinkles.
  • Please avoid bleach and tumble drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and embroidery.
